Meet Randi Roberts.
“I love to help accomplished professionals explore what truly fits for the next steps in their career so they’re energized by their work again, without compromising what matters most.”
-Randi Roberts
Hi! I’m Randi.
I’ve had a very satisfying 30 year career in Pharmaceuticals, starting as a Sales Representative and ultimately achieving my dream role as Vice President and Business Unit Head at one of the largest Pharma companies in the world. I then served as Chief Commercial Officer for a start-up Pharmaceutical company, and along the way have started and run two businesses.
I was lucky enough to work with Executive Coaches as part of some excellent leadership development programs, and found it so valuable that I chose coaching as my second career in order to use my business leadership experience to help people in the way I had always wanted.
Given my experience working with four different companies, large and small, and working my way up from entry level to Executive positions, as well as running two of my own businesses, I've made a lot of career moves, some planned and others not.
It wasn't always easy, but by making the choice to embrace each transition as an opportunity, I’ve learned about business and myself at every step. And I’ve been able to help many people through formal and informal mentoring and coaching. There are so many people who have helped me achieve my goals, I feel privileged to pay it forward.
I've been married forever to Dave, our daughter Emma has relocated and recently launched her own career, and we have two Border Collies-Charlotte & Wilbur. There’s a lot of laughter in our house, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I spent my early years by the beach in Santa Monica, California, and have now lived on the East Coast for most of my career.
I love spending time near water, hiking, kayaking, vacationing with family and friends that recharge my human batteries, going to music festivals, traveling our amazing country and the world, reading fiction and stories of inspiration all around us. I served on the Board of Directors of the Jersey Battered Women's Service for 6 years. I’m very proud of the work of this special, non-profit organization.
I guess at heart I'm a hippie with an Ivy League education. I have earned a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University, and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. And I am an Executive and Career-Life Coach, certified by The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and accredited by the International Coach Federation.
